Cancel Subscription

Monthly commitment, cancellable anytime

If you would like to cancel your subscription:

  • Go to your Subscription page

  • Click Manage Subscription to manage your plan

  • Your subscription will cancel immediately and you will not be billed in future periods

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Subscriptions remain active until the end of paid billing periods

  • Unused Top-up Credits will continue to rollover

  • Unused credits or time remaining on your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period and not refunded
