# Cancel Subscription

We do not offer refunds, but offer ample support to get the most of your outreach efforts.

If you would like to cancel your subscription:

* Go to your [Subscription](https://app.gethyperscale.com/subscription) page
* Click **Manage Subscription** to manage your plan
* Your subscription will cancel immediately and you will not be billed in future periods
* You may cancel your subscription at any time
* Subscriptions remain active until the end of paid billing periods
* Unused Top-up Credits will continue to rollover
* Unused credits or time remaining on your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period and not refunded
