Actively Hiring Companies

Find companies hiring for specific roles and pitch their leadership/employees.

This feature is currently in closed beta to select Growth Plan subscribers.

What this does

You can search for companies hiring for specific job titles, and then flip into LinkedIn to find people working at those companies.

Each profile includes the job posting, company LinkedIn details and more. We then also search for employees at those companies with any job title you specify, and include their personal profile details and corporate email addressses.

Who this is best for

This is best for B2B services. For example, if you offer IT support, you can find companies hiring for IT managers. Then, you can use Hyperscale to find the CEO, CHRO, or Head of IT at those companies, and pitch them that instead of hiring an IT manager, they should hire you.

In essence, this uses a company's hiring intent to find you the most qualified customers.

How this works

• Click Find New Leads > Actively Hiring Companies

• Type in a Jobs search query, like you would on Indeed or other jobs sites. E.g. "Software Engineers in San Francisco"

  • More granular locations help: include a City or Country level location

• The bot will source 10 preliminary job postings. Check that the companies posting those jobs are roughly who you are looking for.

  • Occasionally, this will include recruitment firms. You can filter out these firms when they have been imported to your database.

• Click on any job posting to continue.

• Click "Start search" and specify a number of results. You can do 20-200.

• Once the results are in, you can download a .csv or view them in your Database.

• You will then be guided to find employees at these companies.

• Choose Quick Search to find employees by specifying a job title.

  • Enter the job title you want to find (e.g. CHRO)

  • Employees at the companies who posted the jobs, matching the title you specified, will be returned. You will have their LinkedIn profile information and email.

• Click Detailed Search if you want to add more filters, such as School.

  • Enter the job title you want to find (e.g. CHRO) and any other filters (e.g. "Harvard" for School)

  • Employees at the companies who posted the jobs, matching the title and background you specified, will be returned. You will have their LinkedIn profile information and email.
