Physical Locations

Find locations on Maps and their owners and employees on LinkedIn

This feature is currently in closed beta to select Growth Plan subscribers.

What this does

You can search for physical locations on Maps, and then flip to LinkedIn to find people who work at those locations.

Each profile will include their Maps data (e.g. location, description, website etc.), social media links (e.g. Instagram handle) and where available, emails.

Who this is best for

This is best for D2C businesses, or businesses looking for customers in a concentrated geographical area.

For example, if you are a F&B brand looking to distribute your product to restaurants and convenience stores near you, you can find "Casual Cafes near Oxford Street in London, UK".

This will give you a detailed list of Cafe's. The system will then go into LinkedIn to find owners and staff who work at those Cafes, so you can pitch them directly.

Alternatively, you might be selling to small businesses in an area, such as "Interior Design Agencies in St Albans". This search will be much more effective on Maps than LinkedIn.

How this works

  • Click Find New Leads > Locations

  • Type in a search phrase, similar to how you would on Google Maps. e.g. "

    • More granular locations are helpful, e.g. "in Brixton, London" is better than "United Kingdom"

    • As each search is limited to 200 results, if you have a wide catchment area, you can often get more results by doing multiple searches of granular locations and putting them back together.

    • For example, if you are looking at locations in London, you can do a search for every local county and get thousands of results, instead of 200 results in London as a whole.

  • Check that the preliminary results are what you are looking for. Click into anyone to validate the location on Google Maps, then click "Next".

  • Click Start Search, and specify the number of results you want. You can do between 20 to 200 at one time.

  • The bot will update you with new locations found. You can view them under the Locations tab in your Database.

  • Each location profile will have their Google Maps profile information and social links, including Instagram, LinkedIn and their website.

  • Once the search is complete, you can Download a .csv, or open your database.

  • Then, you will be prompted to find employees from these locations. Click "Yes" to proceed.

  • We will then source up to 3 employees for every location, including their LinkedIn profile details and work email.
