# Ideal Campaign Settings

## Email Campaigns

* Enter the number of emails you would like to send per day.
* We recommend sending 10-20 per day to reduce the risk of being marked as spam. You can send up to 100, but only if your inbox has a long history and strong reputation. If you're starting fresh with outbound emails, stick with lower numbers to be safe.
* Set how long you would like to wait before sending a follow-up. We recommend between 2-3 days.
* Set the number of follow-ups you would like to send. We recommend between 1-2.

## LinkedIn Campaigns

* LinkedIn campaigns (connection requests and DMs) are limited to **20 actions per day** to stay within LinkedIn's usage guidelines.
* For connection request campaigns, follow-ups are sent as direct messages once the recipient accepts.
* For DM campaigns, the limit is **20 messages per day**.
* We recommend a follow-up delay of **3-5 days** for LinkedIn to feel more natural than email.
* Keep follow-up messages shorter and more conversational than email follow-ups.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.gethyperscale.com/start-campaigns/start-a-campaign/ideal-campaign-settings.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
