# Companies - via LinkedIn

**This feature is currently in closed beta to select Growth Plan subscribers.**

When you want to find Company targets with very specific criteria on company size, verticals and more, you can go to LinkedIn, filter for the specific results you want, and get Hyperscale to extract all the search results for you.

## How it works

* Click Find New Leads > Companies
* Go to <https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/companies/>
* In LinkedIn, start filtering for results using any of the controls on-screen.
  * For example, you can choose specific keywords, industry verticals, company size, etc.
  * There are more settings available when you click "All Filters" as well.
* Check that once filtered, your top results are what you wanted.
* Once you are happy with the filters selected, copy the URL and paste it into Hyperscale.
* Then, select the number of results you want. This can be up to 1,000.
* Hyperscale will then extract all of the search results from the specific filters you provided.
* Once you the Company Search is complete, you can then specify the Job Title you want to search for within these companies. For example, you might want to look for "CHRO" in all of these companies.
* We will then do a People Search to find the LinkedIn profiles and Emails for employees at the companies you found with the specified job title.

## Tips and Tricks

* **This could be a better way to find specific People when you have stringent Company requirements.**
  * For example, you might be looking for CFOs at financial services companies with 10-50 employees.
    * The best search would be to start a Company-first Detailed Search for "Financial Services" vertical with "10-50 employees" selected.
    * Then, trigger a People search within those companies, with the Job Title set to "CFO".
* **In general, you should choose this option over Use Direct Filters for Company Search.**
  * This option gives you a lot more flexibility on the specific search filters you want
  * Direct Filters is a faster option as you can do everything in the bot, but it restricts you to three filters (Industry, Company Size, Location) and is relatively restrictive on location (US and UK only).
