How to Use LinkedIn URLs with Hyperscale

Step 0: Connect Your LinkedIn Account

Before you can use LinkedIn searches, you must connect your LinkedIn account to Hyperscale:

  1. Go to Account Settings β†’ Connected Accounts

  2. Click Connect LinkedIn

  3. Add your cookie

  4. Save

  5. Connection complete!

Important: This is required for Hyperscale to extract profile URLs from LinkedIn searches. You only need to do this once.

Troubleshooting: If you see "LinkedIn not connected" error when trying to use LinkedIn URLs, go back to Account Settings and connect your LinkedIn account first.

Choose either Regular LinkedIn or Sales Navigator depending on your needs:

  1. Log into LinkedIn

  2. Click on the search bar and enter your criteria

  3. Apply filters (keywords, location, company, etc.)

  4. Review results to ensure quality

  5. Copy the URL from your browser

Example Regular LinkedIn URL:

  1. Log into LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  2. Click "Search" β†’ "Lead Search"

  3. Apply your filters:

    • Seniority: C-level, VP, Director, etc.

    • Job Function: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.

    • Industry: SaaS, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.

    • Company Size: 1-10, 11-50, 51-200, etc.

    • Geography: Country, state, city

    • Keywords: Specific terms in profile

    • Years at Company: Tenure filters

    • Groups: LinkedIn group membership

    • And many more...

  4. Review results to ensure quality

  5. Copy the URL from your browser

Example Sales Navigator URL:

Step 2: Import to Hyperscale

  1. Go to Find Leads β†’ LinkedIn URL

  2. Paste your LinkedIn URL (regular LinkedIn or Sales Navigator)

  3. Enter a search name (e.g., "VP Sales at Series B SaaS")

  4. Choose number of leads to process (up to 1,000 for regular LinkedIn, up to 2,500 for Sales Navigator)

  5. Toggle phone enrichment if needed

  6. Click Start Search

Step 3: Enrichment Begins

Hyperscale will:

  1. Extract LinkedIn profile URLs from your search

  2. Find verified email addresses from publicly available sources

  3. Find phone numbers from public business sources (if enabled)

  4. Sync to CRM (if connected)

Sales Navigator Filters:

  • Company names (list of 50 companies)

  • Seniority: VP and above

  • βœ… Copy the entire URL (including query parameters)

  • βœ… For Sales Navigator: URL must be from an active subscription

  • ❌ Don't modify the URL manually

  • ❌ Expired URLs won't work

Authentication

  • ⚠️ For Sales Navigator URLs: You must have an active subscription

Best Practices

1. Test Filters in Sales Navigator First

Before enriching, run the search in Sales Navigator:

  • Review first 20-30 profiles manually

  • Ensure targeting is accurate

  • Adjust filters if needed

  • Then copy URL to Hyperscale

Sales Navigator supports Boolean operators:

  • AND: Must have both terms

  • OR: Either term works

  • NOT: Exclude term

  • "Exact phrase": Match exact phrase

3. Layer Multiple Filters

Don't rely on one filter:

  • ❌ Just "CEO" (too broad)

  • Don't enrich all 2,500 at once

Troubleshooting

"Invalid LinkedIn URL"

"No results found"
