# Is there a refund policy or minimum contract?

There's no minimum contract — you can cancel at any time.

When you cancel:

* Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for
* You won't be charged again
* Unused Top-up Credits continue to roll over
* Time and credits remaining on your subscription are **not refunded** for the unused portion of the period

We don't refund partial periods, but our support team works hard to help you get value from the time you've already paid for. If a campaign isn't producing the results you expected, email <support@gethyperscale.com> before cancelling — we can usually help.
